Business celebrates 30 years of bringing unique gifts to Walsall
In the bustling town of Walsall, there is a hidden gem that has been delighting customers for the past three decades. Hogar, a unique gift store, is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, marking a milestone of success and dedication to providing one-of-a-kind products.
Founded by Estela Crutchley, who hails from the vibrant country of Ecuador, Hogar has been a beacon of creativity and innovation in the local community since its inception.
Estela Crutchley took her passion for South American gifts and turned it into a thriving business when she opened the original Hogar store in the old Guild Hall at the top of the Market in 1993. Two years later, an exciting opportunity arose when St. Paul's crossing invited them to join them in creating a unique mall within a church. Estela had the chance to handpick her plot within the mall, and strategically chose where an altar would have been. This decision has solidified Hogar's presence in the community for the past 30 years.

Over the years, Hogar has evolved and adapted to meet the ever-changing demands of the market. Rather than following fleeting trends, the store prides itself on being different and unique, offering a diverse range of products that cater to all tastes.

As Hogar celebrates its 30th year in business, the team would like to express their gratitude to their loyal customers who have supported them throughout the years, whose continued patronage has been instrumental in the store's success and growth. Additionally, a warm welcome is extended to new customers, the support ensures that the store's customer base continues to expand, bringing joy and excitement to the community.
