Kidderminster choir tunes up for festive family fun
The Men in Red of Kidderminster Male Choir are tuning up for their Christmas season of singing, carolling and wassailing at venues across Wyre Forest.
The festive programme, following a successful short tour to Lancashire where the choir received a standing ovation for their performance, will culminate in a Christmas Spectacular at the newly-refurbished Kidderminster Town Hall.
The choir will perform a mixture of memorable Yuletide classics and well-known popular seasonal showstoppers, along with some unexpected surprise numbers, on Friday December 19.
There will also be the chance for the audience to join in with festive songs and carols and the Bewdley Concert Band will be joining them on stage as special guests.

John Parkinson, choir member and communications manager, said: “Don’t miss this relaxed evening, full of sparkle and laughter. Please book early to guarantee a ticket.
“Sit back and let the rich four-part harmonies refresh and inspire you, as we bring together friends and family to celebrate the season.”
Tickets are £10 for adults and £5 for children under 16. The doors will open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start and refreshments will be available.
Allocated seating can be booked via the town hall website, kidderminstertownhall.org.uk and unreserved seating via the ‘What’s On’ page at kidderminstermalechoir.co.uk. There may be some availability on the door.
