Hednesford dance school wins wins gold award at global ceremony

Crystal Academy: Aerial Arts and Dance CIC has been officially named Dance School of the Year at the 2025/26 Corporate LiveWire Global Awards, adding another major accolade to its growing list of achievements. The Academy was also presented with the prestigious Multi Award Winner Gold Trophy - a distinction reserved only for organisations recognised multiple times as leaders within their industry.

Crystal Academy received the award in recognition of its exceptional community outreach programmes, inclusive dance initiatives, and consistent competition success at Regional, National, and Championship level. Judges commended the Academy’s commitment to accessibility, high-quality training, and its positive impact on local young people and families.

Founded as a community-interest company, Crystal Academy has grown rapidly in recent years, now supporting hundreds of children across Cannock Chase and Staffordshire. The school offers classes in Aerial Arts, Acrobatics, Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Cheer and more, while continuing to champion affordability and community wellbeing through funded and subsidised opportunities.

The Corporate LiveWire judging panel evaluated thousands of organisations worldwide, assessing service excellence, innovation, ethical practice, branding, and overall contribution to their sector. Crystal Academy’s repeated success places it among the top-performing dance schools internationally.
