In partnership with the talented team from city-based Primrose Avenue florists, the event promises to be an evening filled with creativity, laughter, and Christmas cheer — all in support of some truly wonderful charities.

Guests will have the chance to create their very own beautiful festive wreath to take home, guided step-by-step by expert florists. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned crafter, you’ll learn how to design a stunning wreath that perfectly captures the magic of Christmas.

To make the evening even more special, attendees can enjoy a glass of fizz and a mince pie as they craft — the perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit.

All proceeds from the workshop will go towards the Mayor’s chosen charities which this year are Acorns Children’s Hospice, Compton Care, SSAFA – The Armed Forces Charity and Your Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.

The Mayor, Cllr Craig Collingswood, said: "Tickets are priced at £55 per person, and all materials will be provided to help you create your festive masterpiece. However, if you have any special decorations or keepsakes you’d like to include on your wreath to make it personal to you, you’re more than welcome to bring them along on the night.

"This unique event offers a wonderful way to celebrate the season, support local charities, and make something truly beautiful for your home."

Tickets costing must be bought in advance for the event which will run from 7pm to 9pm on Tuesday 2 December.

Spaces are limited, so don’t miss your chance to take part in this heart-warming evening of festive fun and community spirit. Please click here for purchase your tickets or email mayoral@wolverhampton.gov.uk for more details.
