Mohsin Abdul wins the Excellence in Care Award: Sponsored International Worker
One of the dedicated team members from Caring with Dignity Limited based in Dudley has been recognised at the Care Home Awards 2025.
This award celebrates his outstanding commitment to residents, compassion, and contribution to the care sector.
Having been in England for three years Mo’s main focus is working with pepple likving with dementia. Recognising very early on that good communication skills and clients ability to understand what the carer is saying was essential he did something about this.
He paid for voice coaching.
The outcome is he talks with an American accent but every one he supports when in the field can clearly understand what he is saying to them.

Having gained qualifications in teaching since arriving in the UK which he has paid for himself to aid his own development, this he believes helps him to communicate more effectively to the senior team around him and to colleagues. Keen to undertake further development and despite having a young family he is one of the first to volunteer to undertake additional training and a credit to the team.

The West Midlands Care Association are incredibly proud of Mohsin and the positive impact he makes in the community.
The Excellence in Care Awards ceremony is organised every year by WMCA who offer the crucial support Care providers require to deliver sustainable excellence within community, nursing, special needs and residential home settings.
