Blend Family invites independent food partners to join Alfred Works
Blend Family, the creative collective behind some of the UK’s most dynamic food halls, is now welcoming expressions of interest from independent food entrepreneurs for its upcoming site: Alfred Works, located in Digbeth, Birmingham.
Set to open next year, Alfred works will feature 15 kitchens within the iconic Custard Factory, a space designed to celebrate originality, craft, and culinary excellence. This announcement follows the successful launch of Tower Bridge Collective in London this October, where all thirteen of their kitchens have recently received five-star ratings, underscoring the team’s commitment to quality and Food Partner success.
Alfred Works will join Blend Family’s growing portfolio of award-winning food halls, which currently includes Cutlery Works in Sheffield, Cambridge Street Collective in Sheffield, Kargo MKT in Salford Quays, and Tower Bridge Collective in London.

Known for its commitment to incubating talent and fostering long-term partnerships, Blend Family offers more than a platform. They provide the tools and support for Food Partners to thrive. Alfred Works will be no exception.
Blend Family is now actively seeking independent Food Partners who bring authenticity, ambition, and a distinct culinary point of view. Interested parties are encouraged to contact the team via email or reach out directly on LinkedIn.
This is an invitation to build on something enduring, a space where food, culture, and community converge. If you’re ready to grow with a team that champions creativity and craft, Blend Family would love to hear from you.
