Sue Ryder launches Christmas Shop to fund end-of-life care
National palliative care and bereavement charity, Sue Ryder, is bringing festive cheer to Cannock with the launch of its Christmas shop.
Shoppers at Sue Ryder’s Cannock shop will find seasonal treasures while raising vital funds for people facing death or navigating grief.
From sparkling decorations and stocking fillers to pre-loved partywear, thoughtful gifts and other festive finds, Sue Ryder’s Christmas shops offer a sustainable and affordable way to celebrate the season.
Every purchase supports the charity in providing palliative and end-of-life care to people in their own homes and Sue Ryder hospices, as well as its free grief support.
The Sue Ryder shop is now decked out for Christmas, with a dedicated festive section ready to welcome shoppers looking for something special. The shop team is encouraging the local community to pop in, browse its array of festive gems, and support a good cause.

Anthony Barlow, Deputy Director of Retail at Sue Ryder said: “We’re thrilled to launch our Cannock Christmas shop and welcome the local community to celebrate the season with us.
“Whether you’re looking for a unique gift, cosy knitwear, or just a bit of festive sparkle, every pound spent helps us provide care for someone with a terminal illness or support to people grieving during the festive period, as no one deserves to die or grieve alone this Christmas.”
Sue Ryder is also calling on the public to donate good quality festive items, clothing, and gifts to help stock its shelves and to consider giving the gift of time by volunteering a few hours a week to support the charity’s work.
The Sue Ryder Cannock shop is located at 1-3 Counterpoint, 190 Stafford Road WS11 4AL.
