Law firm mfg Solicitors, which has offices in Brierley Hill and across the region, has become one of the main kit sponsors of Stourbridge League side, Old Wulfrunians U7 Girls Team.

The agreement will see the firm sponsoring the girls’ distinctive red and white home kit for the whole of this season. It follows a similar deal which saw Bilston firm Bolt & Nut Manufacturing sponsoring the girls’ training kit.

Tim Lang, Partner at mfg Solicitors said: “Partly due to the long-term success of the Lionesses, girls football is growing faster than ever across the UK, so we’re delighted to be showing our support for an up and coming girls team here in the Black Country.

“We wish the girls every success for the season ahead and will be keeping in close touch with their coaches to see how they are doing.”

Manager and parent, Cameron Foggin said: “We cannot thank Tim and the team at mfg Solicitors enough for their support and generosity. We look forward to keeping everyone updated with our progress on the football pitch in the months ahead.”

Sam Pedley, a partner at mfg Solicitors, is also assistant coach of the Wolverhampton side in which his daughter Elsie plays.
