M&E Global celebrates quarter century of business success
M&E Global, a leader in providing highly skilled candidates for overseas defence contracts, is celebrating 25 years of supporting the military.
The company, which was founded in 2000 and is based in Belbroughton, currently employs more than 30 people at its Worcestershire HQ and over 1,000 defence specialists across Europe, Asia and The Americas. Since its inception, M&E Global has opened sites in Germany, Poland, Romania, the USA and the UAE. Thanks to company’s continued success across the globe, they were ranked 105th in the 2021 Sunday Times International Track, which recognises private companies with the fastest growing international sales.
To mark the quarter of a century milestone, the company donated £25,000 to charity Compton Care – a hospice in Wolverhampton supporting local people with palliative care and bereavement support.

Gordon Woodward, Managing Director of M&E Global comments: We are thrilled to be marking 25 years of business as M&E Global. What started as a small business based in Worcestershire has blossomed into a multi-million pound company, with bases across the globe. Our employees are some of the best in the industry, working day in and day out to keep people, places and properties safe. I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved together.”
As a specialist defence contractor, M&E Global has expertise in securing job roles for ex-military personnel, supporting thousands of veterans in its 25 year history. Alongside traditional job placement, they also offer training and upskilling to those seeking a role within civilian life, without stepping too far away from their military experience. As part of their work with veterans, the organisation is part of the Armed Forces Covenant and has received the Silver Employer Recognition Scheme Award, recognising its commitment to supporting ex-service personnel.
