Lichfield mental health counsellor to celebrate landmark double milestone at city theatre
Sheila McMahon is returning to the Lichfield Garrick to perform a special 10th anniversary Mental Health Show.
Marking a decade of changing conversations around mental health, this special event will also celebrate the 10th anniversary of the publication of the mental health counsellor’s debut book, The Power of Knowing You.
But with over two-thirds of tickets sold, it’s already looking likely to be another sell-out show, which will feature Sheila’s usual unique and powerful blend of stand-up comedy, live music, and mental health education.
This year's show on Friday, October 17, at 7.45pm, will also shine the spotlight on intergenerational behaviour, a theme that’s close to Sheila’s heart.
