Lichfield content creator celebrates expanding her business portfolio after securing Airbnb deal
After a successful first year in business, that’s seen her work with over 200 brands Natasja Bailey, founder of The Write Hive, is turning her focus to a new space: Airbnb and holiday property content.
With a background in content strategy, user-generated content (UGC), and visual storytelling, the Lichfield entrepreneur is now bringing her signature blend of creativity and strategy to the short-term rental market.
From rustic shepherd’s huts to charming countryside cottages and luxury villas, the 26-year-old is “thrilled” to be crafting bespoke content that showcases the unique charm of Airbnb listings across the platform’s websites and paid ads.
UCG creator cites “dual video strategy” as secret to higher brand engagement
She cites a “dual video strategy as the key to her layered approach to storytelling.
Natasja said: “Firstly, I curate a UGC-style video that brings an intimate, relatable feel, and a cinematic brand film that presents the space in its best, most aspirational light. The result is scroll-stopping content that’s key for generating high-performing for Airbnb.”

As she steps into the property space, Natasja is set to offer more than visuals. With The Write Hive’s tailored approach, holiday rental owners gain a powerful partner in bringing their spaces to life attracting more guests with content that feels not only polished, but personal

She added: “My approach extends beyond making a property just look visually appealing. Video content needs to tell an enchanting story that captures the soul of the space and its surroundings. It should spark emotion, creates a connection, and inspires bookings.
“A constant creative challenge” – The Write Hive founder Natasja Bailey

“It’s a constant creative challenge. You learn how to reimagine the same space in a new light every time—how to maximise its feel, flow, and features. That skill transfers perfectly into property content, where no two shoots—or stays—are ever the same.”
Natasja boasts a BSc in Psychology, a law degree, and corporate tax experience at Ernst & Young, which combine to form her professional, client-first approach.
