Kidderminster care home hosts inspiring fashion show to support local charities
Foley Grange Care Home in Kidderminster, part of HC-One, recently hosted a lively and inspiring Fashion Show on Saturday, October 4, bringing together residents, friends, and members of the local community to celebrate style, creativity, and community spirit.
The event was inspired by Foley Grange resident Isobel Dale, whose lifelong dedication to charitable causes, including nearly 20 years as chairwoman of Kemp Hospice, motivated the home to support her continued fundraising efforts.

Guests enjoyed an afternoon of fashion, fun, and friendship, complete with a buffet and refreshments. The event raised £223 in funds for St Richard’s Hospice, Kemp Hospice, and the British Heart Foundation, helping to support the vital work these charities do across the community.

Foley Grange Care Home continues to champion initiatives that foster creativity, connection, and community involvement, providing residents with opportunities to pursue their passions while making a positive impact beyond the home.
Beth Phillips, Front of House Manager at HC-One’s Foley Grange Care Home, said: "The Foley Fashion Show was such a wonderful success! Our residents all thoroughly enjoyed themselves – it was a truly lovely afternoon filled with laughter, style, and community spirit. A huge thank you to the supporting charities, our fantastic team, and of course our residents for making this event so special."

Michelle Pilgrim, Home Manager at Foley Grange, added: "We are so proud to host this wonderful event, inspired by our very own resident Isobel. It was a fantastic opportunity to bring people together, celebrate something our residents love, and make a difference to local charities that mean so much to our community."
