The concert, entitled The Sweet Sound of Autumn, on Saturday, October 4 at Blakedown Parish Hall, will feature a varied programme of all-time favourites.

The choir will be hitting the high notes with Simon and Garfunkel classics Sound of Silence and Bridge Over Troubled Water, alongside Cwm Rhondda, Suo Gan and Salon Lan, from their Welsh repertoire and top hits including Rhythm of Life and Bohemian Rhapsody.

The performance is being given on behalf of the Friends of Churchill Church to raise funds towards ongoing work to preserve and enhance the historic church for future generations.
