Housebuilder poised for growth following Birmingham office expansion
The West Midlands region of top 10 housebuilder, Keepmoat, is poised for growth following a significant move to larger office premises.
The 40-strong team has relocated from its former base in Tamworth to the iconic Fort Dunlop building in Birmingham.
Following a period of sustained growth, most recently being named as the preferred developer to create 600 new homes at one of the largest brownfield sites in the West Midlands, Friar Park, Keepmoat has secured a 10-year lease on a modern, 6,455 sq ft suite designed to support long-term operational efficiency.
The new regional headquarters has been designed to promote workplace wellbeing and interaction with an array of amenities such as cafés and retail outlets, gym facilities and an on-site padel court.

Ben Leather, Regional Managing Director at Keepmoat, West Midlands, said: “We’re thrilled to announce the start of a new chapter in our regional journey. This is the first step to the continued growth of our fantastic team as we set our sights on further expansion.
“At Keepmoat, we understand the importance of location and we’re thrilled to be taking out a lease at this renowned, flagship building in the heart of Birmingham. Fort Dunlop is home to a number of dynamic businesses from across the region and beyond and we look forward to joining the established community.

“We’re committed to delivering much needed new housing across the West Midlands, working with affordable housing partners and delivering high quality new homes in line with the Government requirements. We’re proud to create communities and transform lives through our regional work. As a region, we are looking forward to increasing our delivery, securing a growing pipeline of land opportunities.”
