Midlands-based sales agency continues winning streak with two more award nominations
After a powerhouse year of growth, results, and recognition, Done For You Sales Agency (DFYSA) has once again caught the spotlight — this time landing two major award nominations in early September, including a spot on the Start-Up of the Year shortlist at the prestigious Birmingham Awards.
Founded by Troy Smith and Marshall Willock, with Joseph Kenny leading as Sales Director, DFYSA has rapidly become one of the UK’s most talked-about sales agencies. Rising to the Top in a Record-Breaking Year

Being shortlisted for the Birmingham Awards is especially meaningful in 2025, as the ceremony celebrates its 10th anniversary with a record-breaking number of entries. The competition has never been fiercer — and for DFYSA, the nomination alone is a major achievement.
“As Birmingham lads, winning such a prestigious award — especially on its 10th anniversary — would mean the world to us,” said Co-Founder Marshall Willock. “This city has played a huge part in our journey, so being recognised here, among so many inspiring businesses, is something we’re truly proud of.”
Winners will be announced at a glamorous black-tie event later this month, where DFYSA is hoping take some more awards home with them and add to the trophy cabinet.

Award Momentum: 2 Wins Already in 2025
This isn't DFYSA’s first run at national recognition. Earlier this year, they picked up a Global Recognition Award for "Revolutionising Sales" in February, followed by the 365 Awards' Best Start-Up of the Year in March.
