Five-star Solihull development opens doors with Shared Ownership event next weekend
Solihull home seekers will soon have a greater chance to explore the high-quality spaces on offer at a Shared Ownership development near the town.
Bromford is inviting those looking for a home through the affordable scheme to visit its Ashtree Grove development at a special event on Saturday, September 13.
Located just off Meriden Road in Hampton-in-Arden, Ashtree Grove will open its doors between 11am and 4pm when Bromford’s expert sales team will be on hand to showcase the available homes and explain the details of Shared Ownership.
Bromford Shared Ownership gives first-time buyers and those who do not currently own a property the chance to step onto the property ladder.
Buyers purchase a share of their home and pay rent on the remaining portion, meaning a smaller deposit is needed. Then, when the time is right, buyers can increase their owned share until they own 100 per cent of the home outright.
The development features a stylish collection of two- and three-bedroom homes available through the affordable scheme, ideally located for first-time buyers and young families.
