£9k cash boost for new Midlands LGBT centre
A new centre to provide support to members of the LGBT community, which is due to open next month, was delighted to receive a donation of £9,609 from the Morrisons Foundation.
The grant from the charitable arm of the supermarket has covered the costs of creating and furnishing a training room at Birmingham LGBT’s new facility.
Steph Keeble, Director of Birmingham LGBT charity said: "Birmingham LGBT are moving to a purpose-built new LGBT centre in the heart of the gay village in September.”
