Realise has been named a Platinum member of the association, which offers crucial support to care providers, including recruitment support, events, training and workshops.

Realise is one of the largest training providers in the UK, specialising in several sectors including health and social care.

The company has a contract with the West Midlands Combined Authority to deliver a range of fully funded, career-enhancing programmes, including apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 5 in Adult Care, the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, and short courses.

Angela Kaine, Director of Health & Social Care at Realise, said: “We’re pleased to become Platinum members of the West Midlands Care Association, further demonstrating our commitment to supporting the sector in the region.

“Care providers need all the support they can get to deliver excellence for their service users, and the association removes some of the burden by carrying out many time-consuming tasks on their behalf.

“This allows the provider to spend more time doing what they do best – caring.

“Through this partnership, we aim to help care providers in the West Midlands access funding streams they may not even be aware of, including Learning and Development Support Services (LDSS) funding from the Department of Health and Social Care.

“There are some fantastic providers and carers in the West Midlands and we look forward to helping more develop their skills and careers in the months and years to come.”
