Mr Hodgson, Principal, commented; “Students at Hagley have more than exceeded expectation this year and everyone involved is delighted to be celebrating with them on their excellent outcomes. Endeavour, commitment, dedication and a desire to achieve their best has once again bought its rewards. The average grade across all Level 3 courses is now at B- with average points per entry breaking through the 36-point barrier for the first time. That is a further increase of 1.5 points on last year and 3 points over the last 2 years, whilst average points per student have risen 9 points to 114 from 105 last year, and 95 the year before that.

This continuous improvement year on year in Sixth Form attainment is testament to the offer available to those who choose to study with us and to some of the best teaching around in the local area. Studying at Hagley for Key Stage 5 brings such certainty of outcome and makes us one of the best providers in the local area.
