Take home a piece of the movies at REEL Quinton's £1 charity auction
REEL Cinema Quinton is inviting the community to roll up their sleeves and get bidding at its charity auction on Friday, 29 August at 1.30pm, with all proceeds going to Balls to Cancer.
Up for grabs will be a wide variety of film posters, one sheets, and standees that have been proudly displayed in the cinema. Whether you're a movie buff or simply looking for something eye-catching to brighten a wall. there's plenty to choose from.
Bids start at £1, so everyone has the chance to join in, bag a bargain, and support an important cause.
Balls to cancer works year-round to raise awareness of male cancers, promote early detection, and provide essential support for those affected and their families. Every pound raised from the function will help fund their vital work.
Adam Hemming General Manager at REEL Quinton, said: "This is a fun way to give our posters and displays a second life, while raising money for a charity that means a lot to many of us, we hope to see plenty of people turning up, bidding, and enjoying the atmosphere."
The event is open to all, with doors opening early for browsing before the bidding begins.
