Staffordshire care home to celebrate first anniversary with community fair and dog show
Arkall Manor care home has announced its First Anniversary Summer Fair, a fun-filled day of community celebration taking place on Saturday, August 9.
The festivities will kick off at 11am with a performance by the beloved Ukladies. At 12pm, the Mayor of Tamworth, Councillor Chris Bain, will officially mark the home’s one-year milestone by cutting a celebratory cake and sharing a few words with residents, staff, and guests.
Entertainment will continue into the afternoon with performances by vocalist Louise Goode and talented pianist and saxophonist, Roger Tempest. Throughout the day, visitors can also enjoy stalls, a tombola, a raffle, homemade cakes, and a community dog show.

Open to all four-legged friends, dog show entries are just £1 per category. Categories include:
