Rico arrived with a vibrant collection of African drums and percussion instruments, introducing each resident to the rhythm and feel of the drums. After some one-on-one practice, Rico brought everyone together to form a musical ensemble, encouraging teamwork and creative expression. The residents rose to the challenge, creating unique, energetic beats and singing along to much-loved Reggae tunes.

Patience Cole, HC-One’s Perry Locks Care Home’s General Manager said: “Who knew Perry Locks was home to such talented drummers? The energy was electric, and the smiles on everyone’s faces said it all.”
