A brand new collection of show homes has launched at Taylor Wimpey’s Burleyfields development located off Martin Drive in Stafford. The new show homes include a three-bedroom Brambleford style property, a three-bedroom Tetford, and a four-bedroom Colford, which are all available for customers to view.

Whether it is a local charity that relies on donations to carry out its work in the community, or a group or organisation that makes a real difference to local people, Taylor Wimpey is encouraging people from Stafford to nominate groups or organisations they think are most deserving of a helping hand in celebration of the launch of the new show homes at Burleyfields.

Suggestions can be made by emailing the name of the nominee, along with a brief description of why they have been nominated, to burleyfieldscommunity@taylorwimpey-pr.co.uk.

All nominations will need to be received by 31st August 2025. Taylor Wimpey will then select one group, organisation or individual to receive the £500 donation.

Ben Walker, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey West Midlands, said: “We are committed to supporting the communities where we build, and we felt there was no better way to launch our new show homes at Burleyfields than to give back to the Stafford community.

“We are keen to hear from local residents to find out who they feel would benefit from a donation from us. Whether it’s a charity that is reliant on donations, a group that provides essential services to local residents, or an individual who is fundraising for a good cause, we’d love to hear from you.”
