Experience the ultimate 80's throwback with our 80’s Club Tropicana night of music and fun. For one night only The Civic becomes the Club Tropicana, The best 80's themed night in town! Get Ready to Spin that mirror ball as Boogie Wonderland rolls into town. 

Get your glad rags on as we create the ultimate good time vibe with uplifting classic after classic, creating a dance floor of sheer joy! Three major music genres combine to give us one great night. Classic Disco – you know the really good stuff, Soul - from the late 70's to the late 80's when it got really well-made Funk – from Stevie Wonder to Funkadelic and everything in-between.

Our fun interactive show will help identify everything a true princess should be made of. However, will the magic of being a princess outpower the true strength of a Superhero?

Performed by a superb 7-piece band, the show breathes new life into the music of Guns ‘N’ Roses, Bon Jovi, Van Halen, Dire Straits, Fleetwood Mac, Queen and more! Once upon a time, a little old lady lived all by herself in her cosy cottage, but she wasn't happy – her house felt just too small. Whatever could she do? 

Will the wise old man's solution of bringing in a flappy, scratchy, greedy, noisy crowd of farmyard animals work?

Fri 29 Rats in the Kitchen

Rats In The Kitchen are a fully live eight-piece band, formed in 1998, performing up to three hours of pulsating reggae hits now spanning more than 25 years! From early hits such as 'King', 'Food For Thought' and 'Red Red Wine' through to some of UB40's most recent work combined with some foot stomping 80's Ska.

Sat 30 Rhythm of the Day - Daytime Disco

This is The Rhythm of the Day—The Ultimate Daytime Disco at The Civic! Aimed at the over-30s —well, the music certainly is— you get a full-on party disco starting at 2 pm, featuring four hours of the best music from across the decades, with a curfew of 6 pm. The music, the vibe—just everything is designed for an amazing experience. Upbeat, happy, and swinging—the Daytime Disco is simply the best way to spend your Saturday afternoon!

The Best Soul & Motown Night around! Now in its 8th year. Massive Video Screens and all the hits delivered through a cracking sound system.

It’s where the happy people go, and hear soul classics from the 60’s and 70’s. From Tamla Motown, to classic soul, to a bit of Northern Soul (the popular stuff) as well as some seventies classic polished soul.

Sat 31 Miss Rachel UK Tour

Ms Rachel ‘Fun For Little Ones’ live tribute tour encapsulates the Youtube Star’s bubbly personality, sweet singing voice and educational content.

The show includes Interactive Screen Content throughout featuring unique and on brand animation & scenery, plus Puppetry & Voices on screen with Bertie & friends.
