This summer, Wolverhampton is turning up the volume on local talent! As part of Together for Music 2025, join us at the heart of the city for an exciting Musical Showcase in Bell Street Square (Pedestrian Zone) on Friday, 15 August from 11am to 4pm, and discover the sound of grassroots music like you’ve never heard it before.
Hosted by Kupid the King – one of Wolverhampton’s most influential RNB and Hip Hop artists – the show promises an unforgettable afternoon of music, rhythm and raw talent. With his trademark charisma and deep connection to the local music scene, Kupid will guide audiences through a packed programme of performances that celebrate the city’s creative spirit.
Expect an electrifying line-up of local performers, featuring the vibrant rhythms of live dhol drumming, hard-hitting rap, soulful singing, and powerful spoken word. All the talent on display is homegrown, representing the very best of Wolverhampton’s thriving grassroots scene.
