Paige Roberts, a seasoned performer and teacher with over seven years of experience in the industry, is launching Phantom Arts School, a brand-new creative studio that promises to make performing arts accessible, affordable, and welcoming to all.

“Opening this school is a dream I’ve nurtured for a long time,” says Paige. “It’s not just about teaching dance, drama, or musical theatre. It’s about building confidence, creating a safe space for self-expression, and giving every child, no matter their background, the opportunity to thrive.”

Born from her belief that the arts should be open to everyone, Phantom Arts will offer a range of classes for all ages and abilities, with flexible pricing options and a strong commitment to inclusivity.

“As a teacher, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful the performing arts can be. I’ve worked with children who’ve found their voice through acting, built friendships through dance, and gained self-belief they carry into all areas of life,” she says. “I wanted to create a school that reflects that, a place where no one feels they don’t belong.”

The school will be based in Paul Reynolds Centre, Stafford (ST16 2PJ) with classes in acing, singing, dance and musical theatre running throughout the week as well as weekend workshops and holiday camps. There are also plans to offer community performances, local collaborations, and outreach programmes with local schools and charities.

With a warm and welcoming approach, Paige Roberts is hoping to foster not just talent, but also confidence, creativity, and joy in the next generation.

“I want to build a creative community where students lift each other up, and where performing is about more than the spotlight — it’s about connection, confidence, and fun,” she says.

To celebrate the launch, Phantom Arts School is hosting a free open day on Sunday, 31 August with free taster classes and a chance to meet the principle herself.

“We’re so excited to meet families, showcase what we’re about, and start this journey together,” says Paige.
