Cannock Soroptimists launch summer book campaign

Calling all children – are you sorting out your book shelves ready for your own summer reading? If you have books you no longer need – we can pass them on to other children who may not have books of their own.

As part of their on-going project to collect and donate books to Rotary Books4Home, Cannock Soroptimists will be accepting pre-loved children’s books: fiction and non-fiction for all ages from toddler to late teen between July 14-27.

We are so grateful to libraries and hair salons in the Cannock Chase area for having our collection boxes to make it easy for you to drop off books. But if you can’t make a donation point, just get in touch via our Facebook page: facebook.com/SICannock and we will make arrangements to collect.
