Stafford law firm strengthens with new appointment
Leading Staffordshire law firm ORJ has strengthened its team with the appointment of an ambitious legal professional.
Caitlyn Fielden has joined the Stafford-based firm, currently working within the commercial litigation and family teams.
Caitlyn, 23, studied BA Law and International Politics at the University of Liverpool and graduated with a first class degree in 2023.
She remained in Liverpool for a period working as a legal assistant at a firm but was keen to take the next step in her career.

Caitlyn said: “I wanted to progress to paralegal and was also keen to return to my hometown of Stafford.
“I was aware of ORJ as one of the top firms in the region so I’m delighted to be part of the team. There are lots of departments here offering different routes for progression in the future.
“I’m learning very quickly. It’s a closeknit firm and everyone supports each other. I’m spending quality time with senior team members like Patrick Tedstone, Daniel Whitehouse and Angie Parker, who have decades of experience in law.
“I’ve had a really warm welcome and I’m excited for the future.”
Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with friends and family and going to the gym.
ORJ CEO Patrick Tedstone said: “We’re delighted to welcome Caitlyn to the team as we continue to strengthen our offering in Staffordshire and beyond.
“She has already brought fresh enthusiasm and ideas to the firm and I am confident she has a very bright future ahead of her.”
ORJ, which also has offices in Telford and Shrewsbury, offers a wide range of legal advice, including business, litigation and family law, as well as conveyancing and will writing services.
The firm currently has multiple vacancies including positions in conveyancing and commercial property.
