Lynn Burman, now Commercial Director, began her journey with Clover as an HR Business Partner Consultant, progressing to Associate Director before stepping into her current commercial role 18 months ago. Even in her leadership capacity, Lynn remains deeply involved with clients, ensuring her work stays connected to the daily realities of HR delivery. Her extensive responsibilities include overseeing marketing, branding, pricing strategies, and crucial client satisfaction initiatives.

Reflecting on her time with the company, Lynn said: “Clover has provided me with incredible opportunities to grow, embrace new challenges, and remain connected to what I genuinely love: working closely with clients. The team’s passion and unwavering support make every day feel rewarding. I’m truly excited about what the future holds and continuing to add significant value for both our clients and our people.”

Leanne Porter, the company’s recently appointed Operations Director, followed a similar trajectory and timeline to Lynn. Today, she continues to manage relationships with several long-standing clients while also driving efficiency through robust system and process implementation. A key upcoming project for her involves the launch of a new internal system designed to significantly reduce administrative burdens, freeing up the team for more impactful work.

Speaking about her five years with the company, Leanne commented, “It’s been such a rewarding five years. I’ve learned an immense amount, and watching both the business and our team grow has been a privilege. What truly sets us apart is the collective effort everyone puts in. There’s a genuine sense of teamwork and a shared commitment to doing the right thing – and that’s something I’m incredibly proud to be a part of.”

Sarah Hudson, with six years at Clover HR, is another vital leader celebrating an anniversary. Starting as a consultant, she rose through the ranks to become an Associate Director and is now the Head of Service Delivery.  Sarah is instrumental in maintaining high service levels across the business, particularly by leading the HR BP team, ensuring processes are followed, and providing a crucial "second pair of eyes" on client deliverables. She values the autonomy and work-life balance the role provides, alongside the varied client portfolio that makes every day unique.

Both Lynn, Leanne, and Sarah attribute Clover HR's success to its nurturing culture, shared values, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service. These anniversaries not only celebrate their individual contributions but also highlight the core values that drive the company forward.

Michael Doolin, CEO of Clover, added: “These anniversaries not only reflect personal achievement but also the continued growth and success of the company as a whole. Lynn, Leanne, and Sarah embody the dedication and expertise that are fundamental to our mission.”
