Chaserider Buses: 'We are changing some services'
Due to the next phase of the roadworks between Queensville and Stafford, from today (June 30) buses towards Stafford town centre will be diverted. In Queensville, buses will call at the stop on Silkmore Lane adjacent to Co-op Funeralcare, then will run non-stop to The Green in Stafford Town Centre. Journey times will increase by approximately 10 minutes. Times at all stops prior to Queensville will remain unchanged.
Stops at St Leonard's Avenue and The Oval will not be served by buses operating towards Stafford.
Buses operating from Stafford towards Cannock / Rugeley / Wildwood are unaffected.

Kallum Crawford, Local Operations Manager at the Chaserider Buses said: “Although the inbound routes of services 74, 826 and 827 will be revised during this phase of roadworks the frequency remains unchanged. Please accept my apologies for the changes being introduced to theses services which is clearly beyond our control”,
Kallum added: “My friendly team of drivers look forward to welcoming you on board your local bus services and I would encourage non-bus users to try the bus as a viable alternative to using the car and help free up our grid locked roads – it’s much less fuss when you travel by bus – car free - carefree!”
Kallum added: “Buses operating from Stafford towards Cannock / Rugeley / Wildwood are unaffected”.
