Donations to Will’s fundraising efforts can still be made here.

Will Smith, National IT Analyst at Aldi UK, said: “I took on this challenge because I wanted to raise as much money as I could for a great cause, all while pushing myself out of my comfort zone.

“I can’t say thank you enough for the support I’ve had from family and friends along the way – especially my dad, who followed me along in our family campervan and really helped me keep going when things got tough.

“For now, I’ll be resting up, but it’s great to know that every penny raised goes towards funding services that can make the world of difference to young people going through such a difficult time of their lives.”

Liz Fox, National Sustainability Director at Aldi UK, said: “We’re extremely proud of Will for his incredible achievement which has helped raise life-changing funds for our charity partner.

“Teenage Cancer Trust provides invaluable care and guidance to young people, and Will’s fundraising efforts will go towards supporting the vital work that they do.”

Aldi has partnered with Teenage Cancer Trust since 2017, raising more than £11 million through various fundraising efforts. The supermarket is on track to meet its goal of raising £15 million by 2027.
