'We are bringing premium quality with our food': Black Country restaurant owner ready to welcome in guests after refurbishment and menu upgrade
It's a restaurant which offers a high quality, varied and international range of food, all served in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
Red Leaf Global Buffet on West Bromwich High Street offers a wide selection of dishes from across the world, including English, European, Caribbean, Chinese, Indian, Mexican and Thai, as well as a roast carvery, vegan and vegetarian dishes and a fully licensed bar.

The restaurant has been part of the culinary scene in the town since 2013 and has recently undergone a renovation worth around £120,000 to give it a new look and update the food menu.
Owner Gurbir Singh said the idea around the updated menu was to provide more choice from an extended Chinese menu and also include a selection of grills.

He said: "We've made some changes to the interior of the restaurant, but the main difference we've made is by having a number of live kitchens where people can pick their selection and give it to the chef and they can cook it in front of them.
"We've also got chicken tikka and sheek kebabs which can be grilled in front of the customer after they pick it and give it to the chef.

"We have introduced street food, with things like Pav bhaji, Aloo tikki cholle, Samosa chaat, Papdi chaat, Golgappa and Dosa with sambhar and we've really increased the variety of the food, as well as providing a number of selections and premium collections."
Mr Singh said the restaurant had remained as popular as it had due to the range of food on offer, with new varieties of pizza and extra types of Chinese and Mexican cuisine included, as well as the high quality of the service.

He said: "We have had this name of the Red Leaf for 13 years and everyone here puts their efforts and work into making this restaurant work, which shows from the awards we've won over time.
"When we made the refurbishments, we modernised the restaurant to make it look a bit more elegant, which includes one section where customers can go to cut their cakes and then take their pictures in that section.

"For me, the satisfaction of the customers is what makes it work for me and I love the fact that we have some very loyal customers as well."
Looking ahead, the restaurant has plans for big events across the year, having sold out for Valentines Day bookings, and Mr Singh said it was all about the premium experience.

He said: "We were so booked up for Valentines Day that we stopped taking bookings from 6pm, because the restaurant was jam-packed, and we're expecting the same thing with Mother's Day.
"We will also be bringing an exclusive menu of 140 dishes for Mother's Day and we are getting a very good response about the new look as people like it and they appreciate it."
