CBB viewers in hysterics over Paul Danan’s Diary Room rant

Paul Danan had Celebrity Big Brother viewers in stitches as he suggested Jemma Lucy should “have a Ribena” instead of more booze and complained about her “goating” him.

The actor and the model fell out after the housemates had enjoyed a few drinks and Lucy and fellow contestant Brandi Glanville started chanting: “Get Paul out.”

When Lucy started to shout “Danan, Danan, Danan,” the actor called her a “p***head” and stormed into the Diary Room to let off steam to Big Brother.

He ranted about Lucy, claiming she acted differently towards him when she had consumed alcohol, and suggested: “Have a Ribena!”

Viewers thought the comment was hilarious, with some people on social media declaring it “the line of the series”.

One person posted on Twitter: “Boom! That’s the new slogan you’ve been looking for! ‘Have a @RibenaUK you might be a different person’ #cbb #Danan #ribena #changeyourlife.”

Another said: “”HAVE A RIBENA!” Line of the series! Go on Danan! Loving Paul!”

“Belter of a line Danan. Belter,” praised another.

Viewers also had fun with Danan’s claim that Lucy kept “goating” him.

Many shared pictures and video clips of goats.

One person wondered: “Paul reckons people are ‘goating’ him. Does he mean goading, or does he think people are acting like goats to, or around him?!”

Monday night’s episode also revealed which housemates are facing eviction this week.

The contestants up the chop from the Channel 5 show are Lucy, Helen Lederer, Sam Thompson and Jordan Davies.
