Cannock's Chase Stage Academy to grace London's West End
Fifty young performers from a Cannock dance and drama group will be taking to the stage on the West End in London.
The students, aged five to 18, from Chase Stage Academy were selected to take part in a variety show called Class Talent in the capital in April 19.
They were selected after Academy's director Charlotte Pearson sent a recording of their singing to the show organisers.
Two groups of young performers train on Saturdays: at Blessed William Howard in Stafford and at Chase Grammar in Cannock.
Both groups will join together for their big performance at Her Majesty's Theatre on April 19.
Ms Pearson said: "Students have been working hard to ensure they put on the performance of their lives.
"They will be singing and dancing as part of a specially selected variety performance.
"From being backstage with hair and make up to being under the bright lights on one of the most reputable stages in England, this really is set to be the highlight of our students' year."
Chase Academy classes run in Stafford from 10am-1pm and in Cannock, 2pm-5pm.

Accredited staff teach students one hour of singing followed by an hour of drama and an hour of dance.
The London theatre experience is the latest in a number of prestigious appearances.
Chase Academy students performed at the iconic O2 arena in London in 2012 as part of a variety performance called 'Sunday Night Live'.
They performed at Her Majesty's Theatre in July 2013.
And last summer they took to the stage at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane.
Chase Stage Academy has spaces for new students.
Free taster session will be held at the Stafford and Cannock venues after the Easter holidays..
