Feline good – purrfect day for pets
More than 450 moggies battled it out to see if they could be the cat who got the cream at a show in the Black Country.

Cats of all shapes and sizes, colours and breeds were on show at Aldersley Leisure Village, in Wolverhampton.
Hundreds turned out for the Midland Counties Cat Club Annual Show, with competitors travelling the length and breadth of the country to take part.
The sports hall at the venue was transformed with hundreds of pens, while judges visited each feline to check their coat, eyes and ears.
Among those to show their cats was Robert Plaw, of Amblecote, who was showing his brown Asian ticked tabby Pepe Reina, as well as his other Liverpool FC themed moggy Steven Gerrard.
Michelle Hibbs, from Blakenhall in Wolverhampton, saw her silver classic tabby and white maine coon Cloud pick up the rosette for second best in breed.
Mrs Hibbs said: "This is the first show she has done but I have been showing cats for about 14 years now."
Ten-month-old Logan, a chocolate point Birman, bagged first place in his class – to the delight of owner Eileen Blatherwick, of Wheaton Aston. Mrs Blatherwick, aged 79, said: "This is his first show. I have four other cats and I have been breeding them for about 35 years."
Lindsey Britton, of Robinson Road in Burntwood, was showing her cat, a brown Asian ticked tabby ticked tabby called Sanlis Paper Kisses, which got champion status in its breed.
Cat breeder Lynn Tibbitts, aged 61, was at the show to see cat Leo win best in breed, along with his owner Maxine Gadd.
