Walsall's Manor Hospital was given a clean bill of health when How Clean is Your House star Aggie MacKenzie popped in to visit, minus her snazzy rubber gloves and feather duster.
The celebrity, best known for her efforts to tidy up the nation's dirtiest homes, put aside her mop and bucket when she spent a day meeting patients, nurses and trust bosses.
She was in town as a guest of the trust which has recently launched a new decluttering and cleaning programme.
During her visit she popped into a number of wards, the occupational therapy unit and held discussions with matrons and volunteers about their duties and how to get everyone on board with the initiative.
Channel Four dirt detective Aggie said: "It's absolutely crucial to get back to basics by decluttering, being tidy and vigilant.
"It's about taking responsibility. People should try and treat it as they would their homes."
Walsall Hospitals NHS Trust chief executive Sue James said: "The new cleaning arrangements are being implemented now."
