Moving scenes at VE Day parade

There were emotional scenes in Wolverhampton today as dozens ex-service personnel marched in honour of fallen comrades and to remember victory in Europe during the Second World War.

City mayor Trudy Bowen was moved to tears at the ceremony to mark the 63rd anniversary of VE Day in St Peter's Square. A wreath was laid in remembrance.
