Atomic Kitten star Natasha Hamilton brought a touch of glamour to Cannock when she arrived to judge the town's answer to the X Factor.
The pop star enjoyed performances from Cannock's finest as a member of the judging panel for the finals of C-Factor – a talent competition run by Hednesford-based Greenwood Studios with Cannock Chase Technical College.
The competition launched last month and three heats saw the contestants gradually whittled down to 10 talented acts, who performed in front of Natasha in the sell-out grand final at the college last night.
And the singer told the Express & Star she thought the contest was a great idea.
She said: "I think talent competitions are brilliant. I was in one every week when I was younger. They're great experience."
Natasha watched girl group Short Spice and solo act Charlie Bridges among others.
The winner was singer Mikey Gormley who gets to record his own CD.
