All the fun of the football fair

Football programme collectors from all over the Midlands and even as far as Russia were out in force in Stafford.

The Big Midland Football Memorabilia and Programme Fair was held yesterday in the Lotus Suite at Stafford Rangers Social Club in Astonfields Road.

Collectors had more than 20 stalls featuring programme from the early 1900s to the present day.

There was also a mini meet for the Association of Football Badge Collectors.

Visitors were also able to buy cigarette cards featuring football starts of years gone by and autographs.
