A four-year-old working Cocker Spaniel named Holly has officially joined West Midlands Fire Service (WMFS) as an accelerant detection dog, helping investigators identify the presence of ignitable liquids in deliberate fires.
Thomas Birley, 27, was jailed for nine years at Sheffield Crown Court for his role in violence outside the Holiday Inn Express in Rotherham.
