Mitch Middleton, a lifelong fan who walked out as a mascot with Paul Ince in the 2003 play-off final, had been through a year of chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant in a bid to beat CNS Lymphoma, only for the disease to return.

A GoFundMe page was set up to raise money for private treatment for Mitch, with over 13,000 contributors raising more than £240,000.
Now, Wolves fans are hoping to raise awareness and celebrate Mitch's life with a minutes applause in the 29th minute of their Carabao Cup third round tie with Everton.
