His first dilemma will be whether he plays a back four or back five and with Wolves' defensive issues, a back five may be wise.

But O'Neil and Wolves are desperate for a win and I have a feeling he may go with a back four to allow for more attacking players to start the game.

I would be surprised if Jose Sa did not keep his place and the defence probably picks itself, with Santi Bueno probably slightly ahead of Toti Gomes right now.

The next big decision is whether to play a midfield two or three, but it is clear a midfield three has not worked too well this season and Wolves can play another attacking player by starting two in the middle.
