We spoke with Connor Dunn of the Liverpool Echo to get a better look at the Reds.

It's been a superb start to the season for the Reds - what have you made of the campaign so far? Can they be the next invincibles?

CD: The campaign so far, as you rightly put it, has been superb.

In the last couple of games against Bournemouth and Manchester United, Liverpool's front line just seem to be getting back towards the place they were last season and the fact they have gone unbeaten so far before that only spells danger for the rest of the Premier League.

Invincibles might just be a step too far though if I'm honest - a trip to the Etihad on January 3 plus one to Old Trafford in late February always spell danger.

Do you think it's a two horse race already? And can you see Liverpool lifting the Premier League trophy in May?

CD: It's early days still of course but it looks like it is going to come down to the Reds or Manchester City.

I think the only two realistic teams pushing would be Tottenham and Chelsea but I don't think their squads at this stage look strong enough to really challenge for top spot.

When we all made predictions at the start of the season I put Liverpool down to finish first and I still see that happening - it's crazy to say it but I just feel with their backline strength and world-class attack they will go all the way.

What sort of transfer business did Liverpool do this season? How has it worked out so far?

CD: Liverpool's transfer business this summer looks like it could be one of the best around.

Bringing in Alisson between the sticks has been a revelation, Naby Keita and Fabinho look as if they are just coming into their own and the impact Xherdan Shaqiri is having on matches time and time again is incredible.

The goalkeeper's save in added time against Napoli in the Champions League sent the Reds through to the knockout stages and the Swiss winger's brace against United lit up that tie to name just two matches so far.

What's more important to Klopp this season - The Premier League or the Champions League?

CD: Klopp himself will no doubt claim that both are just as important as each other and it is difficult to argue with that. Liverpool will of course want to make a challenge in the European competition to overturn some of the hurt back in May and also Klopp will want to win a final with the Reds.

But then there's the illusive Premier League title that everyone at the club would love to win for the first time and this year there's a chance which perhaps makes it the biggest target.

What have you made of Wolves from afar? Do you think they have what it takes to secure a top 10 finish this season?

CD: Wolves are mixing it with the best the Premier League has to offer.

Taking points off Manchester City, United, and Arsenal before beating Chelsea at the beginning of the month has been very impressive to watch.

The fact they possess a highly-talented trio of Portugal internationals in the shape of Rui Patricio, Joao Moutinho and Ruben Neves puts out a clear message that they have the ability to qualify for Europe and it's up to them to deliver on that.

How do you expect the Liverpool to face up against Wolves? What's your predicted XI?

CD; There are some positions that pick themselves in the Liverpool team this year and others - by virtue of injuries - are forced.

Alisson in goal is no question and the imperious Virgil van Dijk will command the heart of defence with the ever present Andy Robertson in left-back. Dejan Lovren is the only realistic senior option for the Reds in centre-back with the Dutchman so no doubt he starts.

Right-back is tricky because Nathaniel Clyne came in against United there and played well but to freshen it up I'd expect to see the versatile James Milner filling in.

Klopp will be aware of the danger Wolves pose but will also be looking to attack so a more defensive midfield pairing of Gini Wijnaldum and Jordan Henderson would be my considered selection - leaving room for Shaqiri to come in to a 4-3-2-1 formation with Mohamed Salah leading the line and Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane playing behind him with the Swiss playmaker in the three.

Your match prediction?

CD: It's going to be a really tricky game for Liverpool and Wolves' form at the Molineux is not to be underestimated.

I see it being a closely fought game but a 2-1 win for the Reds simply because of the form they seem to be hitting now and the hope they will take in Nuno Espirito Santo’s side slipping up against the likes of Huddersfield and Cardiff.
