Champions! Wolves win the league after breezing past Bolton

Wolves have clinched the Championship title after beating Bolton 4-0.

Nuno Espirito Santo's team have won the division with two games to spare.

They comfortably beat the Trotters thanks to goals from Barry Douglas, Benik Afobe, Diogo Jota and Conor Coady.

Almost 5,000 travelling Wolves fans celebrated in style in the Lancashire sunshine.

It's the first time Wolves have won the second tier title since 2009 when they went up under Mick McCarthy.
