The Polish international hasn't featured since September and isn't part of Nuno Espirito Santo's first team plans.

The deal is expected to be completed and announced later today.

Zyro returned from 15 months out with a cruciate knee ligament injury last summer, taking part in Wolves' pre-season tour of Austria.

He made his long-awaited competitive comeback during a 2-0 win at Southampton in the Carabao Cup in August, coming off the bench to set up Donovan Wilson’s late goal which sealed Wolves’ passage into the third round.

An emotional Zyro said at the time: “It was a massive feeling for me to be back playing again.

“I can’t put it into words, it was a great feeling to be involved such a big win, I’m really, really happy!”

Zyro joined Wolves from Legia Warsaw in January 2016 and made an immediate impact with three goals in his first two league appearances

However three months later he was the victim of a horror challenge by MK Dons defender Antony Kay which left him sidelined for more than a year.

Wolves have already loaned out Connor Ronan, Sylvain Deslandes (both Portsmouth), Prince Oniangue (Angers) and Donovan Wilson (Port Vale) this month.

Duckens Nazon is expected to move out on loan after returning from a productive stint at Coventry City, while Ben Marshall is almost certain to leave this month with a permanent deal being Wolves' preference.
