Goals from Leo Bonatini and the returning Willy Boly gave Nuno's team all three points in what was a convincing victory at Carrow Road.

It meant Wolves recovered from a defeat yet again. They've followed all three of their league defeats with victories away from home at Southampton (2-0), Burton (4-0) and now Norwich.

Nuno said: "I'm happy with the performance of the boys, definitely.

"First, the reaction – it was important to bounce back from what happened the previous game.

"It's important in these moments of the season how you perform and when. It must be every game and at every stadium.

"The boys did that so well done to them. Thanks to our fans coming a long way and helping the boys.

"The first step the boys did is to assume the last game was not 'the way'.

"We took this step together, got up together and stood up together, it was good.

"We have to know that we're not going to win every game, this is the truth about football.

"So a reaction, not so much from a result, is to stand up and say I want to believe in my idea, the way I play, the way I train I think and I see.

"This was the message – let's be ourselves. And you can't achieve anything without hard work.

"The boys worked hard and at the same time played the way they want to play, good combinations, many chances, solid, compact, not conceding too much to a good Norwich team."

Nuno isn't a fan of praising individuals but was pleased with his two goalscorers.

He added: "Besides the goals Leo works for the team and gives us a lot. I'm not singling out individuals ever. But it's about every contribution to the team and beside the goal Leo did fantastic work.

"Boly was coming back, the goal is good for him and gives him confidence. A goal is always good.

"Tomorrow we work."

Wolves return to action on Friday night when they host Fulham at Molineux.
