Wolves fans make their point after dull draw at Preston
Our fans are satisfied with a point from Paul Lambert's first game as Wolves boss.

What's your verdict on the match? My eyes are still burning after watching a turgid game of football, with very little attacking quality from either side.
It really was like being kicked in the knackers for 90 minutes and fair play to my fellow fans who remained awake to give tremendous backing for the team and manager.
Looking at in the context of our season and the run of form we are in, I'm pretty pleased with the point. Lambert set his stall out to be difficult to beat and, apart from the odd defensive howler that our back four always has in them, we were just that.
It was, unsurprisingly, at the expense of looking an attacking force. You only have to watch Sky Sports' two-minute highlight package to see the paucity of our attempts.
George Saville's inclusion on the left side of midfield typified this and was designed to give Doherty additional support...a short term fix, but one I wouldn't want to see in many more games.
Price's return to the fold was immaculate, as he slipped into the role as smoothly as Ola Jordan slips into a bikini in I'm a Celeb. He kept the ball ticking over and offered protection to the defence, as well as marshalling the troops...something that people sometimes miss from his game.
The Wolves board and fans now need to give Lambert the next seven months to start to build a platform, style and identity that will allow us to challenge for promotion next season.
I've got a feeling the next few weeks won't be pretty. We need to be patient and, as long as we can see small steps of progress and some momentum building, then I'll be happy. Getting rid of the deadwood that has shackled us for too long would also earn the boss some brownie points with me.
Who played well - and who didn't impress? Bright's inclusion was welcomed, but didn't really work out for the lad. He looked a little bit overawed with the occasion and will need to stand up to the physical demands of the senior game more.
There's no doubt he's got huge potential and Lambert will surely give him more opportunities over the course of the next six months.
Bodvarsson, who started the season very well, is cutting a more frustrated figure by the game. To be fair, he's getting a lack of service you would normally expect from London Midland, but I also don't think he's getting into positions where he is likely to benefit from a chance or score.
Going forward, Lambert has to find a way to give Cavaleiro more game time to see if he can actually make a difference to the team.
So far he's had the odd 30 minutes there, 70 minute starts and then dropped...never a long enough run of matches to get some momentum. His last 10 minutes provided our two best chances for Dicko and he has to be a better option than Wallace, who delivered a 30-minute cameo so painful it reminded me of the last Citizen Khan episode.

What's your verdict on the match? It was a tough, even game with few clear chances until one each right at the end.
Although we could have nicked an odd goal win from a decent corner or free kick, equally I was glad Preston didn't manage the same.
Paul Lambert named a back-to-basics line-up with only a couple of names different to Kenny Jackett's teams (what therefore of many of the summer signings?). Thus, our rollercoaster remains in the sidings before a hoped for spurt up the table.
The big surprise was Bright Enobakhare's call up, deservedly so following recent outstanding games for the under 21/23 teams, and he was involved throughout, chasing well and looking to create when he had possession. It will be interesting to see if he can both justify both and keep his place.
And it was back to our traditional back four with the obvious suspects putting in a relatively good show of themselves - they were decisive and cut down on the moments of panic.
Price and Saville have clearly had a good week at training to earn rare starts and again acquitted themselves okay without shining. Coady had a good first half, however disappeared in the second.
Bodvarrson was again in the wars, battling on whilst Costa only showed once, with a brilliant run and dribble midway through the first half. Dicko had our late chance.
Who played well - and who didn't impress? Questionably Coady but, no, credit to Enobakhare who would have enjoyed his outing. Partly as there was little drama in the game, Bright deserves my vote.

What's your verdict on the match? Lambert sprung a few surprises with his first team selection. We almost went back to the future with faith restored in some of the old faithful, rather than recent foreign imports.
I was delighted to see Jack Price back, excited to see Bright in the first team again but disappointed that we didn't see Dicko and Cavaleiro much sooner from the bench.
It was a much-needed clean sheet. We started the game positively and tried to play good football, but neither team were showing any quality and created nothing in front of goal. We didn't get Costa involved enough and who else in this team was going to create anything?
The second half passed us by until Dicko came on. He looked fast and hungry and two headers went just wide. I really think he should have been the first sub at the hour mark. The game was just drifting at that point and the win was there for taking. Cavaleiro also impacted well but only had eight minutes!
Who played well - and who didn't impress? The best player on show was Jack Price - always tenacious in midfield while offering protection to our back four. Hause had really good game but nearly gifted them a win in added time. Coady and Bright both did well too.
I just cannot see what Saville contributes. Certainly nothing in this match, as he doesn't attack or create and doesn't do any defending either. Wallace was anonymous for his half hour. Batth is still suffering a crisis of confidence.
Overall, I was happy with a clean sheet - it's been a long time. I wonder if Bodvarsson will ever score again and I hope we see Cavaleiro and Dicko start the next game.
I think Molineux will have a very busy 'exit' door come January!

What's your verdict on the match? We started out in bright sunshine, cold but dry and then witnessed snow hail and torrential rain in Lancashire. Credit to the Viking and Conor Coady who both played the full game in short sleeves!
In truth we set up to take a point and we got exactly that. At the back we looked solid and error free until the 95th minute when Hause dropped a clanger which should have been game over.
Still it equates to a rare clean sheet and a point away at one of the divisions form teams. A small step in the right direction
Who played well - and who didn't impress? Jack Price impressed in midfield but a largely forgettable game passed our strikers by despite their hard work.
