The 24-year-old has put pen to paper on a three-year contract, with Wolves having the option of an extra year.

Gladon, 6ft 2in, becomes the second Dutchman to move to Molineux this week after Ola John joined from Benfica on loan.

Gladon helped Heracles to a sixth place finish in the Dutch Eredivisie in 2015/16.

He scored six goals in 26 matches in all competitions, although only four of those appearances were starts.

The striker has already scored three times this season from five appearances.

He won't be eligible for tomorrow's top-of-the-table clash at Huddersfield.

Wolves have now signed eight players this summer - seven since Fosun bought the club on July 21.

The nine are: Andy Lonergan, Helder Costa, Silvio, Joao Teixeira, Jon Dadi Bodvarsson, Prince Oniangue, Cameron Borthwick-Jackson, John and Gladon.

A deal for midfielder Romain Saiss remains in place, with details being finalised before he completes a move from French side Angers.
