Video: Kenny Jackett on Wolves victory
Wolves boss Kenny Jackett hailed Benik Afobe's return to goalscoring as his team won 3-0 for the second successive game.
Two goals from Afobe and another from Kevin McDonald saw Wolves ease to victory over Huddersfield Town at Molineux.
The visitors were arguably the better team in the first-half, but Wolves were much improved after the break and good value for their victory.
Jackett said of the win, which moved Wolves up to sixth in the table before Saturday's 3pm kick offs: ""I thought Huddersfield started better than us and created more chances early on.
"We defended well in that period and the two centre backs made vital interceptions.
"We had a real quality goal from Kevin McDonald with a good one-two and then slotting it home.
"I felt then in the second half we very much came into our own, played very well and went on to deserve our win.
"I said at half time that we needed to pass the ball better and be braver in our passing and be more committed.
"We needed to move the ball as we are capable of and we did that and created a lot of chances in the second half."
Jackett hailed the performances of goalscorers McDonald and Afobe, saying the latter was 'too good' a player not to be involved in the game.
"Maybe he was unsettled in the window but that would be the case for any young player," Jackett said.
"He has only been here since January but we think he has a very good future at 22.
"He got his confidence since coming here and with things settled down needs to continue his progress."
There was controversy in the game when referee Christopher Kavanagh booked Adam Le Fondre for diving as the striker attempted to go round keeper Jed Steer.
Jackett said of the decision: "Most of the time referees will give a penalty and a red card and I was expecting that.
"But we have to accept his decision - some you get and some you don't.
"I felt at the time the referee was going to do nothing but give the penalty.
"He deemed it as a free kick the other way.
"While most of the time you will get that decision I am pleased that in the end it wasn't crucial."
