The 53-year-old head coach has been at the helm for two years and has led the club from League One to the brink of the Championship play-offs and a host of club records.
Under Jackett, Wolves have achieved the following seasonal milestones - most points (103), most away wins (14), most league clean sheets (25), most consecutive league wins (nine) and most league victories in a season (31), all in 2013-14.
Since then he has become the quickest Wolves manager to reach 50 league victories, in just 86 matches with the 2-1 success at Nottingham Forest on April 3, while his win ratio is a hugely impressive 56.5 per cent.
